Black Bear Hunt for 2

• Fully DIY bear hunt with exclusive access to private land during your stay.
  
• 470 acres in Colorado’s GMU 741.
  
• Mix of terrain: meadows, food plots, ponds, livestock tanks, hillsides, brush, and timbered draws.
  
• Bears are active on the property and regularly visit water sources and food plots.
  
• Relaxed, low-pressure environment with strong bear activity.
  
• Trail cameras are monitored frequently, and all photos shown were taken recently to give you a real-time look at current conditions.

• Fly into Durango–La Plata County Airport, about 30 minutes from the ranch.
  
• Closest town to the ranch is Durango, CO, 20 minutes away.
  
• Lodging provided near the ranch:
  4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with hot water, kitchen and shower.
• Hunters can take advantage of two structures that are on the ranch all the time, which the wildlife is used to (horse trailer and combine that provides an aerial view of one of the fields).
• Ground blinds can also be set up.
  
• Meals are not included.
  
• Suitable for most hunters — plenty of opportunities without needing extreme physical exertion.

• All nonresident black bear tags for GMU 741 can be purchased over the counter.
• Tags are unlimited and do not sell out, but it is the hunter’s responsibility to purchase the license before the hunt.
• Tags can be purchased online at cpw.state.co.us or from licensed retailers.
• Bear season dates for GMU 741 run September through November, with multiple rifle opportunities available.
• Private Land Only: Sept. 2–30 (Hunt Code B-E-071-P1-R) Hunt is List C so, you can get ANY number of List C licenses.
• Oct. 15–19, Oct. 25–Nov. 2, Nov. 8–16, Nov. 19–23 (B-E-071-U5-R) Hunt is List B so, you can get up to TWO licenses.
