This exclusive DIY Whitetail Hunt takes place on 450 contiguous private acres just outside Kearney, Missouri. The property features timber-lined alleyways, cultivated fields, and four natural ponds that consistently draw in mature deer. Hunt from blinds—each strategically placed along natural travel routes and feeding areas.

Hunters will have access to all trail cameras on the property through Wise Eye Cellular Cameras, allowing real-time monitoring during your hunt week. An onX folder with pins for stands, parking, and entry routes will also be provided. This is a low-impact, sit-and-wait style hunt ideal for rifle, muzzleloader, or archery hunters.

You’ll have the entire farm to yourself for 5 days—no other groups or hunting pressure.

What Is the Experience Like?

  • Expect quiet mornings and evenings in the stand, with deer activity peaking during these hours.
  • The terrain is classic Missouri hardwoods mixed with open fields and timber-lined funnels—perfect habitat for cruising bucks.
  • Most shots will be between 15 and 100 yards under the canopy.
  • Patience and time in the stand are key.
  • We encourage all hunters to try and take bucks over 130".

How Accessible Is the Property?

  • All three farms are easily accessible by vehicle.
  • You’ll receive pins for parking locations and clear routes to each stand and blind.
  • Terrain is moderately rolling and can be navigated by hunters of all physical levels.
  • Blinds are set up and available.

What About Tags & Seasons?

  • All nonresident tags are $288 and can be purchased over the counter.
  • Additional nonresident antlerless deer permits are just $27.
  • Unless you own property in Missouri, DO NOT BUY the nonresident landowner permit.
  • A youth permit is available for both resident and nonresident youth. Any youth, ages 6 to 15, can purchase a tag for $10.25.

  • Hunters must respect the landowner and their property at all times.
  • You agree to hold the landowner harmless from any accidents, injuries, or issues that occur during your hunt.
  • Any damage caused to the landowner’s property is your responsibility to repair or cover.
  • Disrespectful behavior will result in being blacklisted and permanently removed as an OUTDOORSMAN Member.
